Digital Experience Manager

Join the Customer Success & Experience Transformation organization to help turn customer-adoption strategy into reliable execution. You will coordinate AI-enabled nurture and in-app engagement programs, keep cross-functional work moving, interpret performance data, and build repeatable operating processes. This is a hands-on role for an organized, curious problem solver who can connect details, data, and stakeholders.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Coordinate digital-adoption and customer-engagement workstreams across business functions
• Maintain project plans, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action logs
• Use Excel and dashboards to monitor performance and explain key signals
• Support campaign setup, governance, quality checks, and follow-up
• Partner with Product, IT, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, and controls
• Escalate blockers and recommend practical next steps

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, operations, IT project coordination, project management, or customer success
• Hands-on experience with Excel and metrics reporting tools 
• Experience coordinating projects or programs across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to interpret metrics and communicate a clear data-backed story
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in marketing, UI/UX, or digital success
• B2B customer adoption, lifecycle, digital engagement, or post-sale experience
• Experience with Gainsight PX, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pendo, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting AI-enabled campaign environments
• Presentation experience with cross-functional audiences
