In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role demands continuous oversight of code quality, system scalability, and performance to align with evolving business goals. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovative solutions are crafted and delivered efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data vault 2.0 Techniques and Methodologies.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Architecture Principles, Capital Markets Research.

- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable data models tailored to complex business requirements.

- Ability to analyze and optimize data structures for performance and efficiency.

- Experience in collaborating with software development teams to integrate data models seamlessly into applications.

- Familiarity with best practices in data governance and quality assurance to ensure reliable data management.

shift timing :- 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
