We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Support growing demand for AI/ML products across our Client Platforms, including Markets, Asset Servicing, Investments, Wealth, Trading, and Data & Analytics Engineering, ensuring high-impact use cases are converted into scalable, production-ready capabilities.
  • Provide dedicated product ownership to manage roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, delivery planning, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional AI initiatives.
  • Strengthen execution discipline by translating business needs into clear requirements, delivery plans, KPIs, and measurable product outcomes.
  • Ensure AI products are developed responsibly with appropriate alignment to governance, risk, privacy, security, and enterprise control standards.  
  • Help accelerate adoption and business value realization through go-to-market support, user enablement, performance tracking, and continuous product improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML technologies, enterprise AI platforms, and data-driven products, with the ability to translate business requirements and technical concepts into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Strong preference for candidates with software engineering or technical backgrounds, with the ability to bridge deep technical concepts and product strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, analytics, operations, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders, to deliver technology products and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile product management principles and practices, including backlog management, requirements gathering, prioritization, sprint planning, dependency management, and product delivery.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to leverage data to measure product performance, drive continuous improvement, and support adoption of AI-enabled solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.
