Join us as an Enterprise Architect, Marketing Technology, where you will shape the future of customer engagement and marketing capabilities across the organisation.
Working closely with Managing Directors, business leaders, Product Owners, and technology teams, you will own and govern the architecture strategy for the Marketing domain, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer outcomes.
You will define and drive the strategic roadmap for marketing technology, including customer data, personalisation, and customer engagement capabilities, enabling the organisation to deliver seamless, data-driven, and AI-enabled customer experiences at scale.
This is a highly visible domain leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior executives across business and technology functions.
To be successful as a Enterprise Architect- Marketing Technology, you must have the following essential skills;
- Proven ability to translate business and marketing strategy into enterprise capabilities, technology roadmaps, and architecture outcomes
- Significant leadership and influencing skills, with experience engaging and partnering with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders
- Expertise in strategic planning, architecture governance, investment prioritisation, and roadmap management
- Understanding of customer, marketing, and engagement ecosystems, including how data, analytics, and activation capabilities work together to create measurable business value
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Some other highly valued skills may include;
- Experience applying AI and machine learning within marketing, including personalisation, customer decisioning, next best action, and customer engagement optimisation
- Demonstrable knowledge of customer data architecture, customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, digital marketing technologies, and customer insight platforms
- Experience within Financial Services or another highly regulated industry
- Knowledge of modern data, cloud, and integration architectures supporting real-time customer engagement and analytics
- Familiarity with privacy, consent, data governance, and customer data management principles
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills
