Product Delivery Manager - Healthcare Payments - Vice President

You will lead delivery activities across the full lifecycle: intake, scope shaping, operational readiness, training and communications, go-live execution, early adopter management and post-launch monitoring. This role requires strong program leadership, comfort navigating complexity, and a continuous-improvement mindset to improve speed-to-market while maintaining quality and control.
As a Vice President, Product Delivery in Healthcare Payments, you are accountable for the end-to-end delivery and launch of new products and significant enhancements/changes across the healthcare payments portfolio. You will translate product intent into executable delivery plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure every launch is operationally readyâsupported by clear governance, documented processes, risk-informed decisioning, and measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launch delivery for new and enhanced/changed healthcare payments products, from intake through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
- Build and manage integrated launch plans across Product, Technology, Operations, Implementation/Service, and client-facing teams; drive clear milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Manage dependencies across platforms, vendors, and partner teams and proactively communicate key milestones at an executive level
- Lead product operationalization: ensure procedures, support models, controls, and handoffs are defined and executed prior to launch.
- Coordinate change readiness for internal stakeholders and clients (training, communications, documentation, FAQs).
- Establish launch reporting and metrics (delivery progress, readiness status, operational KPIs, adoption/performance signals) and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate launch retrospectives and drive measurable continuous improvement to tooling, processes, and cross-functional ways of working.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product delivery, go-to-market or product management.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end launches for new products and major enhancements in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong delivery fundamentals: planning, dependency management, governance, and executive-level status reporting.
- Proven ability to drive change readiness and operationalization (process design, training, support models, documentation).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority and managing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define metrics and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; can simplify complexity for varied audiences.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Healthcare payments experience (e.g., payer/provider payments, claims/disbursements, remittance/ERA/EFT, virtual cards, or adjacent workflows).
- Strong data literacy (dashboards, KPI definition, post-launch monitoring) and comfort partnering with analytics teams.
- Payments or healthcare experience a plus.
