Senior Specialist, Product Owner (Margin Services)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Owner to join our Markets, Margin Services team. This role is in Lake Mary, Florida

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Serve as Product Owner and key business liaison for the management and development of critical Margin Segregation applications. 
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development through testing, implementation, and post-launch optimization. 
• Develop and execute product strategy, including transitioning users from legacy platforms to strategic solutions with minimal disruption. 
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements, defect remediation, and releases in line with strategic objectives. 
• Act as a functional subject matter expert, supporting Sales and Relationship teams with client discussions and solution positioning across multiple teams. 
• Identify and promote opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance business processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency. 
• Assess business, operational, and technology risks and define appropriate tactical and strategic courses of action.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience within Operations, Client Service, or a related function in Financial Services. 
• Strong knowledge of KYC, operational risk, client service, market settlement practices, SWIFT, and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess business, operational, and technology risks. 
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and act as a bridge across business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and immediate business needs in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to coach, mentor, and share expertise to strengthen product teams and broader capabilities. 
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Product Operating Model (POM) practices preferred.
