Senior Product Manager (Accountants - France)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager - Accountants France to lead that transformation in the French market. This is not a role for someone who wants to optimize a backlog. This is a role for someone who wants to influence an industry.

You will define the strategic direction for one of France's leading accountant technology portfolios, working at the intersection of product, AI, compliance, customer experience and business growth.

You will shape the future of products used by thousands of accounting firms while helping build the next-generation accountant platform for Europe.

*** Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in either our Paris or Bordeaux offices ***

What you'll own:

Lead the Accountant Strategy for France: You will own the vision, strategy and execution roadmap for Sage's Accountant business in France.

You will:

• Define and evolve the country strategy

• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends

• Build a multi-year transformation roadmap

• Influence investment decisions and product priorities

• Represent the voice of French accounting firms at leadership level

Drive Product Transformation: You will lead the modernization of the French accountant ecosystem, including:

• Génération Experts

• Sage Active for Accountants

• Client collaboration experiences

• AI-powered accountant workflows

• Embedded and connected services

• Future next-generation accountant platforms

You will help guide the transition from legacy solutions toward modern cloud-first experiences while protecting customer value and continuity.

Shape the Future of AI for Accountants: We believe AI will fundamentally change how accounting firms work.

You will work with product, engineering and data teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that:

• Increase accountant productivity

• Reduce manual work

What we're looking for:

Experience

• Significant experience in Product Management

• Experience in Accounting, FinTech, Financial Software or ERP

• Knowledge of the French accountant ecosystem

• Experience owning product strategy and business outcomes

• Strong track record of leading complex transformations

• Experience working with SaaS, cloud platforms or digital products

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives

• Exposure to compliance-driven environments

You'll stand out if you have

• Significant experience of Product Leadership or General Management roles

• Understanding of AI-enabled products and platforms

• Experience scaling products across multiple customer segments
