Step into the role of Executive Assistant at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will support senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, and administrative priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires proactive coordination, stakeholder management, and high standards of execution within a banking/MNC environment.

Manage senior executives’ calendars, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
Support executive meetings through scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as expenses, records management, filing systems, and office coordination.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing effective support and maintaining strong working relationships.
Desirable skills set:
Expert proficiency in Outlook, calendar management tools, and travel/expense systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in MNCs and the banking/financial services sector.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
