About us
Camascope is a fast-growing technology company, now part of PCS, focused on empowering the care and medication sector with technology. Our ecosystem connects pharmacies, care homes and doctors to improve the lives of many.
PCS Care is used by care professionals every day, so reliability matters. We are a team of talented, caring and ambitious people who love solving real problems and are committed to building the highest-quality solutions.
What you will work on
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer on PCS Care, you will be an integral part of the Bengaluru team that develops, enhances and expands QA test coverage at scale for our care and medication product. As a core contributor you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality QA automation approaches and tooling as we add features to PCS Care, and you will help mentor and guide the engineers who join the team. We want an experienced, adaptable engineer who can start lean, iterate towards well-architected solutions, help raise the standard for how we test, and use AI-assisted tooling, including AI-assisted test case generation, to raise coverage and speed up delivery. You will work in TypeScript, Playwright and Appium, which our existing web and mobile app automation already uses.
Reporting and team structure.
You will report to the Engineering Manager for the Bengaluru PCS Care team, with a dotted-line relationship to the QA Manager in the UK. The Bengaluru manager sets your priorities, supports your growth and handles day-to-day management. The UK QA Manager sets testing standards and approach, and helps you stay aligned with the wider PCS QA practice.
You will work daily with the Bengaluru developers, the TPM and product counterparts, and regularly with the UK engineering and QA teams, so you should be comfortable working across time zones.
