About the Role

The Strategy and Go-to-Market Manager, Law, will drive strategic sales enablement, commercial insights, and adoption of AI-enabled selling tools across the Large Law organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to lead change initiatives, translate data into action, and help accelerate growth through consistent, customer-focused go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and strategic use of Internal AI GPTs and Gong across the Large Law organization, including developing metrics, training plans, enablement materials, and repeatable workflows that improve deal intelligence, coaching, and competitive insights.
• Oversee the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of generative AI sales tools, including New OpenAI models, Databricks, Seismic Learning, and future platforms, by designing onboarding, training, feedback, and usage strategies that integrate tools into daily seller workflows.
• Translate sales, marketing, and product data into clear, actionable insights that support sales execution, leadership decision-making, opportunity prioritization, and performance improvement.
• Project-manage cross-functional initiatives that support Large Law priorities, including in-product messaging, migrations, and other time-sensitive commercial initiatives.
• Facilitate team roundtables and maintain structured project-management trackers to drive accountability, surface decisions, and ensure leadership follow-through.
• Triage product-related questions and issues, coordinating timely routing and resolution with appropriate partners, and capturing trends that inform enablement, product feedback, and process improvements.
• Measure program effectiveness by establishing adoption, engagement, and business-impact metrics; sharing regular performance updates; and refining approaches based on results and field feedback.

Requirements

• B2B SaaS experience required, with legal-industry exposure preferred; MBA and/or JD strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, commercial strategy, or a related role within a complex B2B organization.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives involving sales technology, new workflows, and cross-functional process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate sales, marketing, product, and customer data into practical recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Gong or a comparable conversation-intelligence platform; familiarity with sales-engagement and AI-enabled sales tools preferred.
• Excellent project-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and develop executive-ready materials.
• A collaborative, customer- and seller-centric approach, with the ability to influence across teams and drive accountability without direct authority.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $75,200 - $125,500.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $78,700 - $131,400.If performed in New York, the base pay range is $78,700 - $131,400.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $85,900 - $143,300.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $71,600 - $119,400.
