Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment to improve the model's accuracy and applicability in various contexts. Collaboration with different teams to align the model's capabilities with project goals is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions developed are both relevant and effective for intended applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.

- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the project.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of model outputs with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.

- Strong knowledge of model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.

- Experience with handling large datasets and optimizing model training workflows.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and deployment.

- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and scalable infrastructure.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
