To be successful as a Salesforce Developer, you should have experience with:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, AWS Skills

  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and test methods following Salesforce best practices

  • Built and customized Lightning Web Components, LWC and Aura components for scalable UI solutions

  • Implemented Salesforce Flows, record triggered, screen, and auto launched to replace or complement Apex logic

  • Designed and consumed REST/SOAP integrations using Apex callouts and Named Credentials

  • Develop and deliver high-quality software using industry-aligned languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, design solutions, and align with business goals

  • Participate actively in code reviews, promote a considerable culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay current with industry trends

  • Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and deliver secure software

  • Implement effective unit tests to ensure clean design, readability, and reliable code

Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
