Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build scalable, production-grade AI solutions. This role combines full-stack software engineering with Generative AI, focusing on LLM-powered applications, RAG, agentic AI workflows and cloud-native deployment on AWS. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing reliable AI products that solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy production-grade Generative AI and agentic AI applications.
  • Build scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Develop LLM-powered solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, semantic search and contextual memory.
  • Design AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool-calling systems and MCP integrations.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Deploy and operate cloud-native applications using AWS services.
  • Establish practices for AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, governance and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate requirements into reliable AI solutions.
  • Create reusable development patterns and maintain high standards for code quality, security and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience, including Python and a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices and distributed applications.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Practical experience deploying applications using AWS cloud services.
  • Experience developing or integrating solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI application frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI agents, agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-agent workflows or MCP.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles and application architecture.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
