  • Establish testing and measurement approaches to evaluate solution quality, usability, and business impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help modernize manual or fragmented processes into more scalable, repeatable solutions
  • Support the development of self-service capabilities that make data and information more accessible and usable for business stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with business partners and communicate plans, progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Identify new opportunities and technologies that can improve how Customer Analytics develops and delivers solutions
  • Maintain appropriate standards for data integrity, security, controls, and applicable risk and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing initiatives from initial requirements through delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and senior business audiences
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with data science, analytical methodologies, and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or banking
  • Experience developing analytical solutions for sales, service, marketing, or customer-focused business functions
