Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires a deep focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards. Continuous evaluation and adjustment are key to maintaining the effectiveness and applicability of the models in various specialized areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.

- Document fine-tuning methodologies and share insights to support knowledge transfer within the team.

- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI.

- Strong experience in fine-tuning language models with a focus on instruction-based and domain-specific adaptations.

- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics to drive iterative improvements.

- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.

- Experience in managing large datasets and preparing them for model training and evaluation.

- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model architectures for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
