  • Support and help shape the product vision for Liquidity Solutions by contributing to the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of capabilities that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from concept through implementation, partnering closely with cross-functional pod members to ensure execution is aligned to objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable development plans by defining business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient and high-quality delivery by technology teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across product, sales, relationship management, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk to ensure product enhancements and onboarding solutions meet business needs and align with the broader platform strategy.
  • Support technical client onboarding and implementation efforts, particularly for complex client mandates, by helping coordinate requirements, solution design, internal readiness, and deployment activities that accelerate time to revenue.
  • Enable lead-to-ledger conversion by identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks between commercial opportunity, product setup, implementation, and operational activation.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies across pods and functions to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, transparency of risks, and alignment on sequencing, ownership, and timelines.
  • Take ownership of assigned product outcomes, including business solutioning, deployment readiness, production launch support, post-launch performance tracking, and communication of progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Use data and client feedback to inform product decisions, assess adoption and performance, and identify opportunities for enhancement, process optimization, or scale.
  • Contribute to product messaging and internal/external communications by helping articulate value propositions, business benefits, feature updates, and client impact to a range of audiences.
  • Support commercial and client engagement efforts where needed, including customer outreach, implementation planning discussions, and internal coordination for new business opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of risk, control, and regulatory considerations relevant to liquidity and cash-related products, partnering with senior leaders and control functions to adjust priorities, requirements, and deliverables as needed.
  • Promote disciplined product management practices by ensuring traceability from business need through development, testing, launch, and measurement of outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, product management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a product-oriented, cross-functional delivery environment, with the ability to manage priorities across business, technology, and operations stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including prioritization, testing, launch support, and post-release monitoring.
  • Ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams, dependencies, and implementation milestones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels of seniority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
  • A high degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to move work forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of liquidity, cash management, short-end investments, or treasury-related products is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, implementation processes, or platform delivery in a financial services environment would be an advantage.
