Rare opportunity: A UX Strategy/UX Content Strategy hybrid role We’re looking for a collaborative, client‑obsessed UX professional to help lead the Change of Ownership Lab. This person can set a vision, bring people along, and translate complexity into calm. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves shaping what we build and how we talk about it. This role is a chance to help define an omnichannel best‑in‑class Change of Ownership experience alongside senior leaders. You’ll bring empathy and clarity to clients in moments that matter, turning complex, emotional situations into an experience that feels human, steady, and easy to navigate. You'll get to make an impact with high visibility work like driving experimentation, executive storytelling, and decisions through complexity, with real influence on the direction of the experience. Consults with leaders and subject matter experts regularly on communications, user experience, and content strategies. Applies advanced subject matter expertise to pitch new ideas, test new content in partnership with user experience designers, researchers, and testers, and find creative ways to tell Vanguard's story. Utilizes metrics and analytics. Identifies content solutions to business problems by using research, conceptualization, content, visual design, information architecture, and interaction.

Qualifications
Five years related work experience. Two years in user experience, digital marketing, or similar preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
