Job Summary

Convergence is central to Xfinity’s “better together” strategy and sits at the intersection of mobile, broadband, entertainment, and the connected home. This Senior Manager will help shape and operationalize our Converged product strategy, supporting integrated, multi-product propositions that increase household adoption, retention, and customer lifetime value. This individual will play a key role in advancing defined components of the ecosystem roadmap. In this role, this person will lead high-priority initiatives from initial strategy through GTM execution, working cross-functionally to influence and gain alignment across a highly matrixed organization. Among other responsibilities, this individual will develop strategic frameworks, build robust business cases, conduct competitive analyses, develop business requirements, support partnership initiatives, own end-to-end customer experiences, and create executive-ready materials to inform decision-making. Excellent opportunity for a collaborative, analytical problem-solver with a bias towards action who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and excited to help build and scale a net-new, high-visibility function. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Ecosystem Strategy & Partnerships.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and advance defined components of the Converged Ecosystem roadmap in alignment with the broader multi-year ecosystem vision 
  • Lead high-impact ecosystem initiatives from concept through execution, including strategy development, financial modeling, business requirements development and cross-functional alignment 
  • Manage established ecosystem partnerships, including ongoing governance, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviews, driving cross-functional alignment to maximize business impact 
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive incremental growth 
  • Develop strategic recommendations to strengthen cross-product experiences and drive KPIs tied to multi-product penetration 
  • Build comprehensive business cases to support prioritization and investment decisions 
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and materials to support senior leadership decision-making 
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify ecosystem opportunities and inform roadmap decisions 
  • Drive cross-functional orchestration across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful GTM launch and activation of ecosystem initiatives 
  • Foster strong relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders across the organization 
  • Consistent exercising of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance 
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management, strategy/consulting, partnerships, or related functions, ideally in technology, media or telecommunications 
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and modeling business impact 
  • Fluent in MS Office with ability to develop executive-level materials quickly and effectively 
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization 
  • Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments 
  • Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills 
  • Customer-obsessed - prior roles with a focus on creating, defining, and advocating for customer value
