As a Software Engineer, you will work as part of a Product Delivery team responsible for building, delivering and supporting products end-to-end. You'll collaborate with engineers, product teams and business stakeholders to develop high-quality solutions, contribute to technical improvements and support the ongoing evolution of our technology landscape.

To be successful as a Software Engineer you should have:

  • Software engineering experience, with knowledge of modern application development practices.
  • Experience developing solutions across frontend, backend or full-stack environments.
  • A focus on delivering customer-centred solutions and positive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional skills of value include:

  • Experience within payments, fintech or technology-led organisations.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning integration.
  • Experience with technologies such as Rust, Kotlin, TypeScript or React.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms and containerisation technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD methodologies and infrastructure as code.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture, messaging technologies and API development.

This role is based in London. We support a hybrid working model, with colleagues expected to attend the office three days per week. Participation in an on-call rota may also be required.
