  • Unified application experience: Deliver an integrated view of application inventory, costs, health, performance, security findings, and operational issues. Enable customers to move from application-level insights into the relevant OCI services for investigation and action.
  • Roadmap and execution: Own the roadmap from an initial release through broader service coverage and enterprise adoption. Translate customer problems into requirements and acceptance criteria, balancing usability, technical dependencies, reliability, and delivery commitments.
  • Product and team leadership: Hire, coach, and develop product managers. Establish clear ownership, performance expectations, and development plans while communicating product direction, investment decisions, and delivery tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Cross-service alignment: Partner with OCI teams responsible for resource discovery, identity, observability, security, billing, and automation. Align application definitions, permissions, integration contracts, and customer workflows across services.
  • Customer outcomes and improvement: Establish success measures such as onboarding completion, application coverage, active usage, and time required to investigate operational issues. Use customer feedback, usability research, and product telemetry to improve adoption and reduce operational effort.
