About the Role
We're hiring a Data Analyst to join our Hyderabad team, supporting our commercial and customer success organisations. You'll build reporting that drives pipeline visibility and help enterprise customers get measurable value from Polytope's platform.
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards tracking customer usage, retention, and expansion
- Analyse campaign and funnel data for sales and marketing
- Work with customer success on health scoring and churn analysis
- Partner with data engineers to improve data quality and pipelines
- Communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting is a plus
- Business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
