Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that the software components are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to refine and enhance software features that meet evolving business requirements. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that the delivered solutions align with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.

- Strong experience in cloud-based software development and deployment.

- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.

- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.

- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
