Quality Assurance Analyst

Infor is seeking a QA Analyst to support testing and quality assurance efforts for the Agentic Hub platform. This role will focus on validating AI-powered applications, ensuring product quality, reliability, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to deliver high-quality releases.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases.
• Validate frontend and backend functionality across web applications and services.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
• Develop automated test scenarios where applicable.
• Support testing of AI-powered features and intelligent user experiences.
• Verify API integrations, workflows, and cloud-based functionality.
• Track, document, and communicate defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.
• Experience in UX Automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with test automation frameworks and automation tools.
• Exposure to AWS cloud environments.
• Experience testing AI/GenAI-enabled applications.
• Familiarity with performance, security, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and quality gates.
• Experience working with distributed global teams.
