will work collaboratively with Software Engineering Management to successfully deliver multiple software development projects across multiple teams in our fast-paced agile delivery environment. You'll also: -

• Ensure projects are delivered as effectively as possible.
• Be responsible for the line management of the Agile Delivery Leads in the UK.

Ideally, our

will be a

You'll also have: -

• Previously delivered multiple large-scale software development projects for the web.
• Managed teams from requirements into teams, through iterative delivery to successful release to production and adoption by end-users.
• Experience in a scaled Agile framework, such as SAFe or LeSS is important.
• Experienced in Agile coaching, training and improving delivery practices across the Agile Delivery Leads and Software Development teams.
• A clear understanding of operating at scale is essential.
