Job Title: Workday Talent & Learning Specialist

Location: Southeast/Durrington, Worthing (Hybrid working)

Expectation is to be in our head office in Durrington 2 days per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: From £52k based on skills and experience

About the role:

The Workday Learning and Talent Specialist will support the design, implementation, and management of talent and learning initiatives within the organization through the Workday platform.

This role supports and manages the configuration of Workday Learning and Talent modules to align with Southern Waters learning and talent development strategies.

What you will be responsible for:

The specialist will also assist in ensuring that the organization's training programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with employee development objectives.

• Employee & Stakeholder Support
• Process Improvement & Optimisation
• HCM Support
• Reporting & Data Analysis

• Workday Learning & Talent modules
• Workday HCM broad understanding
• Data analysis and reporting
• Learning management systems (LMS)
• Problem-solving
• Workday Learning and Talent certifications (preferred)
• Human Resources, Business Administration
