  • Translate colleague and business needs into clear problem statements, functional requirements, and value hypotheses that inform solution design and prioritisation.
  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, and product owners to ensure requirements are feasible, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards and target architectures.
  • Support delivery of automation use cases, helping define conversation flows, triggers, data needs, success metrics, and adoption considerations.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and productivity improvement across end‑to‑end colleague processes.
  • Help define and track benefits, KPIs, and outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value to colleagues and the wider organisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and align multiple teams around shared outcomes.
  • A structured, inquisitive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly as Copilot and AI capabilities evolve within the Microsoft ecosystem.
