Financial and Investment Analysts (Train AI Models Part Time!)

**About the Role** Mercor is hiring experienced **Financial and Investment Analysts** to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated financial and investment analysis content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in valuation, quantitative analysis, and investment recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate AI-generated valuation models, investment recommendations, industry analyses, and other analytical artifacts for quality and accuracy. - Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on analytical rigor, valuation soundness, and investment-recommendation quality. - Review financial analysis scenarios involving company valuation, capital structure, and portfolio decisions and provide expert feedback. **Required Qualifications** - **4+ years** of experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Securities Analyst, or another closely related financial or investment analysis role. - Experience conducting quantitative analyses, company valuations, or investment recommendations for public or private institutions. - Ability to commit **20+ hours per week**. - Strong written English communication skills. **Additional Information** - Start date: Immediate - Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks - Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
