- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software.

- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).

- Strong experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).

- Ability to optimize data flows and improve performance of business intelligence solutions.

- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI) with various data sources and platforms.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to business intelligence tools and data visualization.

- Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
