Senior Product Manager / Product Owner

Join us as a OnePath Senior Product Manager, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how OnePath evolves, is adopted across the business and delivers measurable value. You’ll work closely with senior business, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into product priorities, improve the customer experience and ensure the product is supported by effective governance, insight and continuous improvement

To be successful as a Senior Product Manager, you should have the following essential skills:

•           Strong Product Owner or Product Management experience, including requirements, prioritisation and product roadmap development.

•           Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology, risk and other functions.

•           Experience driving product adoption, change and continuous improvement, using customer feedback and business outcomes to shape priorities.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

•           Experience in customer experience, journey mapping or service design, with a focus on simplifying user journeys.

•           Knowledge of risk, controls and governance, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.

•           Strong data analysis, benefits tracking and reporting skills, using insight to measure adoption, performance and value.

•           Experience translating complex business, regulatory or operational requirements into practical product solutions.

•           Commercial awareness and experience supporting investment and prioritisation decisions.
