About the team
Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.The Opportunity The ONA Operations Accelerator is a structured 12-month, early-career development program for recent graduates. As an Accelerator, you will build business acumen, operational capability, and AI fluency through hands-on work that delivers measurable value to the organization. You will complete two six-month assignments across North America Business Operations. Participants begin in one of two complementary tracks, then swap at mid-year to broaden their perspective. At the end of the program, we will assess strengths, performance, interests, and business needs to identify the best-fit placement opportunity.

The Team
North America Business Operations partners with the sales organization to drive revenue growth, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making. We support the processes, insights, tools, and programs that help the business execute and scale.
Our teams work across sales operations, business operations, analytics and tools, and deal strategy to turn complex business needs into practical, repeatable solutions.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Accelerators contribute to meaningful business priorities while learning how operations teams use data, processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Complete two substantive six-month assignments across business enablement and business execution workstreams.
Support projects in sales operations, business operations, analytics and tools, processes and controls, program management, and/or deal strategy.
Analyze business data from multiple systems and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, reports, dashboards, or executive-ready materials.
Build or improve repeatable workflows, tools, trackers, and operating processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
Use AI, automation, and data tools responsibly to reduce manual work, improve decision support, and scale team capabilities with appropriate human review.
Collaborate with managers, mentors, and cross-functional partners to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver practical solutions.
Support operating rhythms such as forecasting, territory and account planning, data integrity, program compliance, performance reporting, or deal review.
Communicate progress, risks, findings, and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrate ownership by managing assigned work, seeking feedback, and following through on commitments.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree completed within the past one to two years, or expected to be completed by the program start date.
Interest in business operations, sales operations, analytics, strategy, process improvement, or deal strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information and identify meaningful patterns.
Comfort working with data and common productivity tools, including Excel and PowerPoint; dashboarding, SQL, or data-visualization experience is a plus.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and follow-through in academic, work, project, or extracurricular settings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and an openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning.
Adaptability and comfort moving between teams, priorities, and new business problems.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from $23.08 to $45.05 per hour; from: $48,000 to $93,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
