Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on overseeing the entire quality engineering function, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards and deliver reliable outcomes, while adapting to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify.

- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies.

- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.

- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

- Competence in collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to enhance automation coverage.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Worksoft Certify.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
