Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build and manage a disciplined territory plan that prioritizes high-potential prospects and accounts based on market dynamics, business needs, and revenue opportunity.
Consistently prospect, qualify, and secure meetings with new local advertisers while expanding relationships and share of wallet within an assigned portfolio.
Lead consultative discovery to uncover client goals, business challenges, customer segments, decision criteria, budget considerations, and measures of success.
Translate complex advertising capabilities, audience data, attribution insights, and campaign performance into clear, persuasive recommendations for clients with varying levels of technical expertise.
Design and sell integrated, outcome-focused solutions across linear TV, streaming/CTV, addressable, digital, and programmatic channels.

Work with internal teams to develop proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and clearly connect recommended solutions to client objectives and measurable business outcomes.
Apply curiosity, learning agility, and resourcefulness to quickly master new products, industries, customer segments, tools, and sales processes.
Use data and reporting to evaluate campaign performance, identify actionable insights, recommend optimizations, and support account growth and retention.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for activity, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deadlines, and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to develop solutions, ensure accurate order entry and campaign execution, resolve issues, and deliver a strong client experience.
Maintain accurate and timely client, opportunity, forecasting, and activity information in Salesforce and required back-office systems.
Communicate with clarity, credibility, and adaptability across clients, agencies, internal partners, and leadership.

Attend required training, actively seek feedback, and demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new products, tools, and sales approaches. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Job Description

  • Minimum requirement: Demonstrated experience successfully selling advanced or complex solutions through a consultative sales process, including discovery, solution development, presentation, objection resolution, and closing. Experience must extend beyond primarily transactional sales.

  • Strong learning agility, resourcefulness, and coachability, with the ability to independently seek information, use feedback, and quickly become proficient in new products, markets, customer segments, and processes.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor communication to different audiences and decision-makers.
  • Programmatic aptitude: ability and interest in learning how audiences, data, inventory, bidding, measurement, attribution, and optimization work together; prior experience selling or supporting programmatic, digital, streaming/CTV, addressable, or other data-driven advertising solutions is preferred.
