Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable and efficient applications are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development best practices.

- Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cisco Firewall.

- Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall configurations.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving firewall-related issues.

- Ability to integrate firewall solutions within application environments to ensure secure data flow.

- Familiarity with application development lifecycle and deployment processes.

- Knowledge of scripting or automation to support firewall management and application integration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco Firewall.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
