Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, you will have a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability—helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive software.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories. 
• Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications. 
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution. 
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Business Analysis, Product Management and UX teams to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements. 
• Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment. 
• Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle. 
• Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Ensure quality of release builds in all environments until production. Participate in release sign-off

Basic Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E or an equivalent degree in CSE or a relevant stream
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance, preferably in enterprise software or cloud environments. 
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestComplete, Playwright
• Experience of SQL, APIs, and data validation. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Understanding of any programming or scripting language – Java, C, Python, Go, Ruby
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing Cloud and Web applications
• Understanding of Cloud Design principles – Scalability, Reliability, Elasticity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Canonical Modelling and Ontology
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. 
• Experience working with AI tools
