Dev Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical Development Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Execution team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business/functional analysis, preferably within Supply Chain or Warehouse Management domains. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting product development initiatives, analyzing integrations and data flows, and driving process improvements through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business and functional requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, development, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage project deliverables, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide domain and product expertise to development and QA teams.
• Evaluate APIs, integrations, and system interactions across enterprise applications.
• Support troubleshooting activities through SQL queries, data analysis, and production issue investigation.
• Create business process flows, use cases, and other functional documentation.
• Ensure requirements and design documents are reviewed, approved, and maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Product Development, or Software Implementation.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Execution and Warehouse Management solutions.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, system integrations, SQL, and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain Execution, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or related supply chain solutions.
• Experience analyzing application logs, production support issues, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of process modeling techniques, including use case, sequence, and workflow diagrams.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their application within enterprise software solutions.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities using workflow, RPA, or AI technologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI-assisted business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
