Dev Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Development Business Analyst to join the Supply Chain Execution team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and production support to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business and functional requirements. You will play a key role in driving product enhancements, managing complex projects, supporting system integrations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development, QA, and support teams.
• Drive project execution, testing, user acceptance activities, and solution delivery.
• Analyze integrations, APIs, application workflows, and production issues.
• Provide domain expertise and support continuous product and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Product Development, or Software Implementation.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Execution and Warehouse Management solutions.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, system integrations, SQL, and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain Execution, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or related supply chain solutions.
• Experience analyzing application logs, production support issues, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of process modeling techniques, including use case, sequence, and workflow diagrams.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their application within enterprise software solutions.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities using workflow, RPA, or AI technologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI-assisted business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
