Join our Data & Reporting Analytics team and help shape the future of AI-enabled analytics. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who can independently gather business requirements, build scalable analytics solutions, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate delivery.


In this role, you will partner directly with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into dashboards, data applications, and actionable insights. You will design, develop, test, and deploy reporting solutions using Snowflake, Streamlit, Cortex AI, and modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code. You will also play a key role in defining team standards, best practices, and AI-powered workflows as we transition to a Snowflake-based analytics ecosystem

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Streamlit-in-Snowflake, Cortex AI functions, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in dashboarding, reporting, and BI development
  • Ability to lead business requirements gathering and stakeholder discussions independently

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis and BI/reporting development
  • Experience working in software engineering environments with DevOps and Agile practices
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development and analytics workflows
  • Strong SQL, reporting, testing, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Power BI, CRM Analytics, ServiceNow Reporting, or Alteryx
  • Python automation and AI-agent workflows
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, or Customer Success functions
