International Tax Specialist

Provides technical tax support of strategic business initiatives and ensures compliance with regulatory tax requirements.

Core Responsibilities

1. Ensures the organization's tax processes are implemented accurately and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.

2. Oversees the completion of accurate tax returns to minimize the tax obligations of Vanguard.

3. Analyzes related financial documents to ensure the appropriate tax accounting is performed accurately by the team.

4. Coordinates, facilitates and resolves taxing authority inquiries and audits.

5. Consults with others and provides guidance on organization-related tax regulations.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• CPA, CTA, CA or other financial designation preferred.
