As a Project Manager in REM Project Ownership, Migration Readiness & Client Migrations, you will lead strategic migration and transformation initiatives across a portfolio of change, ensuring teams and clients are prepared for transition. You will help us deliver controlled migrations that create business value while maintaining operational resilience and an excellent client experience. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to plan, govern, and execute work from early design through post-migration stabilization.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives from planning through implementation and post-migration stabilization
• Define governance routines, delivery plans, milestones, and clear success measures
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to deliver agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Identify and track operational, process, technology, control, and people readiness activities
• Assess readiness, surface gaps, and drive actions to close them before key milestones
• Facilitate readiness reviews and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate client migration activities across internal teams and external touchpoints
• Support clients through migration milestones to ensure a smooth, controlled transition
• Drive issue resolution, contingency planning, and timely decision-making to minimize disruption
• Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and actions throughout the project lifecycle
• Promote consistent project management practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, transformation programs, or migration initiatives from planning through delivery
• Proven ability to build alignment and credibility with stakeholders across operations, product, technology, risk, and business teams
• Strong governance, risk, and dependency management skills, including maintaining accurate project controls and action tracking
• Experience producing clear status updates and executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including running working sessions and readiness reviews
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive timely resolution in fast-paced environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience delivering client migrations or client-facing change programs with high service expectations
• Familiarity with operational resilience concepts and control-focused delivery in regulated environments
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery models (for example, agile teams alongside operations)
• Change management experience, including stakeholder communications and adoption planning
