Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor
Actica’s continued success means that it’s looking to continue to grow at 20% year-on year. The Talent Acquisition Team is pivotal in facilitating this growth by sourcing candidates who meet our exacting recruitment standards.
This role is busy and so being able to juggle tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail is critical. You will run the full 350 recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, completing screening calls, managing candidates through the system using our ATS, direct source using inhouse tools, prepare reports, attend external events and be the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders.

Our office is on the Surrey Research Park in Guildford. We are a small, energetic and friendly team, with high stakeholder expectations and standards. Attention to detail, prioritising workload and staying on top of tasks are key elements in this role.

You will provide recruitment and administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping to recruit graduates and consultants. You will be encouraged to take further ownership as you progress in your career with us.
