Data Product Manager / Technical Product Manager

Join Barclays UK as a Data Product Manager and play a defining role in how we use data to power the future of banking. Sitting within our Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will act as the product management within one of our key data domains, aligning to the product vision, setting the backlog, and leading a multidisciplinary team to bring it to life.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Previous product management expertise with a track record of identifying benefit and delivering data or technology products.
• Demonstrated product experience and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with experience influencing decision-makers.
• The ability to drive product backlogs, prioritise features, and deliver large-scale initiatives in an agile environment.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and modern cloud-based data platforms, with enough technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and analytics teams.
   

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Experience applying AI and machine learning within data products.
• Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries where data products are central to business value.
• Familiarity with technical product management practices and emerging data technologies that support scalable, data-driven solutions.
